Well, San-Japan :3 was a smashing success, I only passed out once from lack of sleep, but thats pretty much it. I hope everyone was able to make it out to SJ:3, Keep an eye out for SJ:4TW =P I honestly wanna say thank you to Dave for giving us a bigger challenge and we definitely made a huge impression at San Japan this year and we hope to continue it in the future. I would also like to thank Ross, Chris & Mike for helping out, also Dan-Dan & Jesse Sandoval and his crew for an excellent PA system this year.

In other news we have been invited to work with a new anime group in town, I’ll release the details later, but its another great opportunity for AFTV to slowly move more forward & help promote more of the anime & animation here in San Antonio.

While I do have plans to attend Oni-Con this year, funds may be holding us back, I know we go to Oni each year; but this year i’m on the rocks about it. I love Oni-Con dearly, and I would hate to miss this year’s.

I’m glad things are finally happening tho for the show, I know it dose not seem that way. However things are happening.

-Ernest

We are two weeks away from San Japan :3!

This will prolly be the last update till San-Japan.

Also, Tonight also begins the last part of San-Japan 2.x’s AMV Contest, and its the best of all. COMEDY!! =D

Here is the last part of the schedule

EP 21, Part 4 - Comedy/p00p* (Qualifiers & Winners)
Thursday June 24 @ 11PM
Saturday June 26 @ 11PM
Thursday July 1 @ 11PM
Saturday July 3 @ 11PM

*All AMV’s in the Comedy/p00p category with opening/closing credits will be greatly shortened due to the 30min time slot. As a matter of fact, there will be no AFTV Intro to the show on Part 4; this is in order to have every AMV in the Comedy/p00p category shown.

As new shows air, we have teamed up once again with San-Japan to allow the shows to be aired online. You can catch the full-sized episodes one by one as they air in our podcast link above, or go directly to San-Japan.org for all the episodes 18-21.

I will post information of all the qualifiers and winners on the website here.

Remember you can catch AFTV on air on Time Warner Digital Cable, Channel 20; Grande Cable, Channel 20; or AT&T u-Verse, Channel 99 Programing Guide.

-Ernest
